Flow through poses and sequences linked to breath in a vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga. Sequencing will vary with instructor philosophy.
Slow Flow classes to help you find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class. Slow Flow classes are a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga, with fewer transitions than Vinyasa yoga and more flow than Hatha yoga.
One of the most popular style practiced in the West, a Vinyasa class keeps you moving and breathing. You’ll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and build strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility.
A slow paced class, designed to introduce the basic elements of yoga. Perfect for men and women ready to try yoga for the first time, and excellent for rehabilitation, seniors, and people with sports injuries.
Yin yoga is characterized by poses supported by props (blanket, block, bolster). To differentiate it from a restorative class, yin will get deep into the soft tissue of the body. It’s less restful, and geared more towards a functional release of deep muscle tissue.
