Power Yoga

A fast paced 60-minute class, combining power yoga flow with a high intensity movement and music. Perfect for men and women seeking a challenging and invigorating workout, excellent cross training for strength, endurance and flexibility.

Beginner Vinyasa:

Beginner Vinyasa is the right class for you if you want to learn the fundamentals so you can progress in your regular Vinyasa and Power yoga classes. These accessible classes are perfect for anyone looking to develop a practice of conscious, mindful movement with some support —from seniors to pregnant women to world-class athletes.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow classes to help you find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class. Slow Flow classes are a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga, with fewer transitions than Vinyasa yoga and more flow than Hatha yoga.

Vinyasa Flow

One of the most popular style practiced in the West, a Vinyasa flow class keeps you moving and breathing. You’ll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and build strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility.


Slow Flow Restorative

This class begins with a slow flow to warm your body, open your joints and deepen your breath. Restorative yoga postures are then integrated and held for 3 to 5 minutes while being supported by props.

Slow Flow + Sound Bowl

This class is a slow flow with sound bowl at the end. Sound bowls have a proven healing effect on the body, mind and spirit – their wave frequencies induce deep meditative and peaceful states, clarity of mind, and intuition.

Sound Journey Meditation

Experience inner calm and deep relaxation. In this guided meditation class you will develop the basic skills to start your own meditation practice at home or from anywhere you are. Go beyond the chatter of the mind and develop the tools to “tune in” by “tuning out.”  

This class is appropriate for anyone at any age or stage of life, in any physical condition. All levels welcome.

Weekend Warriors

The only 90-minute class we have on the schedule. Make your Sunday morning fun, challenging, inspiring, and self-empowering. Come for the experience, stay for the relaxation.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses. Yogis are often supported by props to enhance and deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is the power of rest. Join this class for a mind-day guided mediation that induces full-body relaxation and deep meditative state of consciousness.  

This class is appropriate for anyone at any age or stage of life, in any physical condition. All levels welcome.

Stretch and Recovery

Reduce injury, balance muscle groups and increase flexibility using concentric exercises for strengthening and eccentric movements for stretching.  Every class is different and can be specifically tailored towards your needs.

Restorative with Yoga Nidra

This class includes restorative yoga plus Yoga Nidra, which is a guided mediation that induces full-body relaxation and deep meditative state of consciousness.   All levels welcome.

Burn Flow

A mixture of fire, earth, water and air in the flow with emphasis on fire. You will feel grounded while feeling challenged and getting a good sweat. Get ready for eclectic music and a dose of spirituality and wisdom.
