Yoga has taught me to live intimately with myself and the world around me. I teach because I want to inspire others to experience themselves and the world deeply. I’m a 200hr RYT who is passionate about living powerfully, taking risks and laughing when I fall! I serve my community powerfully, in and out of the studio through my work with The Connection Coalition (formerly known as Yoga Gangsters) and Yoga and Mindfulness Outreach (YAMO) bringing yoga and meditation as a rehabilitation program to prisons, jails, and juvenile centers. When I’m not on my mat, you can catch me swimming with sharks, advocating for our National Parks and educating our youth!
