WHY YOGA: I teach yoga to strengthen my mind, body, and soul.
HOW I LIVE MY PRACTICE: To be positive and calm
WHERE I AM MOST CHALLENGED BY MY PRACTICE: Judging myself in the poses that are physically challenging for my body, accepting that it’s okay to do my best with whatever shows up on my mat that day.
THE ONE THING I CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT: My husband and two kids.

HOW I HAVE FUN OFF MY MAT: I love to be outside with my kids, watching movies, reading, and taking as many photos as I can.
WHAT I KNOW FOR SURE: That being present in my relationships with my students, family, and friends creates the strongest bonds.
