WHY YOGA: Yoga has given me the tools to take action to live an inspired life — optimizing my life moment to moment and actualizing my potential.
HOW I LIVE MY PRACTICE: Wholeheartedly with love, grace, and patience.
WHERE I AM MOST CHALLENGED BY MY PRACTICE: As a recovering perfectionist, it is my practice to embrace the reality of how I am showing up in each moment, in each breath, and commit to being my best with no expectations and no judgment.
THE ONE THING I CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT: My husband (Jimbo) daughter (Maya Love) and my baby boy.
HOW I HAVE FUN OFF MY MAT: Being with my family and friends, traveling, reading, learning new things, riding my bike and being outside as much as possible!
WHAT I KNOW FOR SURE: How I live, how I feel, how I act is a choice. My thoughts become my words, my words become my actions, my actions becomes my character, my character becomes my habits and my habits become my destiny. I can choose who I am being and becoming in every moment.
WHAT I AM COMMITTED TO: Expressing the highest version of myself moment to moment, and inspiring and empowering others to do the same.
WHAT I SHARE IN MY TEACHING: That each moment is an opportunity to choose to live and express the highest version of ourselves and that we can have fun and take ourselves lightly in doing so!
