Namaste Monkeys! Yoga is the tool I use to constantly check in with myself. One of the things I have found in myself through yoga is grace. The idea manifested in my physical body by refining my movements with breath, then spread like wildfire to my heart and mind, breaking down the boundaries that held me back from being in full expression. This is what I hope to share with my students; a practice to create curiosity and discover something new within themselves. Through a balance of rigor and flow within the sequence, my students can expect to learn something new every class.

WHY YOGA: I believe in yoga as a holistic and preventive wellness practice. It has been the catalyst for positive change in all areas of my life and I am passionate about creating a space for others to discover this as well.
HOW I LIVE MY PRACTICE: With an open heart and open mind.
WHERE I AM MOST CHALLENGED BY MY PRACTICE: Keeping my drishti through the flow of asana.
THE ONE THING I CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT: My community of family and friends.

HOW I HAVE FUN OFF MY MAT: Boating, biking, watching sunsets and sunrises, and exploring Miami.
