WHY YOGA: I love the connection of the mind, body, and spirit and how it feels in my body. It reminds me who I am and whats important in my life. It helps get me out of my head and into my body and breath and anchors me to what’s real — the present moment!
HOW I LIVE MY PRACTICE: Conscious breathing, meditation, mindfulness, being in the present moment.
WHERE I AM MOST CHALLENGED BY MY PRACTICE: Staying committed to bringing yoga into my life every day is challenging with the way my life is right now. As a busy mom of four, a wife, and working, my days get filled up fast — making space for me each day is important.
THE ONE THING I CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT: My husband Michael and my four children who teach me daily about life and love and keep it real!

HOW I HAVE FUN OFF MY MAT: I love being outside in nature, taking long walks and gardening. I enjoy spending time with my children at their games or watching them perform.
WHAT I KNOW FOR SURE: Life is a journey and a gift…remain open and never take anything or anyone for granted.
WHAT I AM COMMITTED TO: I am committed to showing up 100% and to hold the space for whatever is happening in the moment.
WHAT I SHARE IN MY TEACHING: Learn to listen to your body and move with your breath. Allow the process to be fun and that all we need we have within us. Open heart, open mind.
