No matter if you are a beginner at Yoga or an experienced Yogi, my classes at Greenmonkey are welcoming and focus on Yoga for Alignment. I teach on Monday, Weds and Friday at 9 am. Come and practice with us soon please!
Why Yoga: I have been practicing Yoga and Meditation for over 40 years, it brings me inner peace and tranquility no matter where I am and what I am doing.
How I live my Practice: I live my practice with humility and love.
Where I am most challenged by my practice: Staying inspired and getting up 4.45 am every morning to practice Asana and Pranayama, being committed to a Meditation Practice before I go to bed at night.
The one thing I can’t live without: My incredible son, the love of my life.

How I have fun off my mat: I love food and cooking and going to live music concerts.
What I know for sure: Life is too short.
What I am committed to: I am committed to giving back in every way on and off the Mat.
What I share in my teaching: I share the Joy of a more kind and gentle practice, learning to heal your mind body and spirit with the use of props to support your physical and mental well being.

Education/ Other Certifications: I have many Certifications, but the most recent is something I am very proud of: I just got accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists, which is like being a Doctor of Yoga! I am also a Certified Specialist for Yoga and Scoliosis, by Elise Browning-Miller, Senior Iyengar Teacher.
