Beth Ogden is a licensed registered nurse and a twice certified 200hr yoga instructor. Beth spent most of her life training in rhythmic gymnastics where she competed internationally for the junior and senior national team. Her medical background provides the necessary foundation to work with clients of all abilities and her gymnastics background provides unique sequencing and creativity. For Beth, the physical aspect of yoga has always been about finding joy in movement, expressing with grace what the body and mind can do when they work together through consistency, focus, patience, and self-acceptance. Beth considers herself a lifelong student of yoga and is grateful for the many teachers who have expanded her practice and helped her to grow. She hopes that she can do the same for others.
